A boob or a liar?

I'm just so confused these days.

For months now I have been convinced that George Bush is a liar, that he intentionally withheld some information and inflated or distorted other information to "sell" the American people (successfully) and the world (not so successfully) on going to war on Iraq. Now I'm not so sure. I'm starting to revert to my original perception of Mr. Bush; that he is an ignorant, dim-witted boob, being manipulated by senior advisors within and without the government to forward their own agenda. And make no mistake, that agenda serves a small elite at the top of the American political and economic spheres and, if successful, will doom the rest of us to relative poverty and complete powerlessness. The policies that Mr. Bush has advanced for these people are designed to so thoroughly concentrate wealth and political power in the hands of that elite that they will never again have that wealth or power threatened, short of armed uprising.
